Shabu-Shabu Restaurant FOREST DEN offers half-private room seating with Tatami mats. Escape into the tranquility of our half-private rooms named after owls, where you can indulge in our signature "Shabu-Shabu Course". Immerse yourself in a hot pot dinner experience featuring carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido.

・Standard Shabu-Shabu Course - WAGYU & Duck
・Special Shabu-Shabu Course - Snow Crab
・Premium Shabu-Shabu Course - Seafood & WAGYU & Duck
The Shabu-Shabu course starts with appetizers, followed by a selection of hot pot dishes. Steamed rice complements your meal, and you can end your dining experience with a delectable dessert.
Please note that the menu is subject to change depending on daily ingredient availability. For children aged 2-6 years old with meals included, we will provide a children's set menu dinner (not available for the Shabu-Shabu dishes).
